Nancy Brereton has more than 15 years experience in retained executive search. Her broad global industry experience includes professional services and management-consulting firms, financial services, banking, consumer products, retail, manufacturing, industrial, aerospace and not-for-profits.
Nancy’s career began with Meridian Partners - Signium, a global boutique executive search firm. Prior to joining Signium USA, Nancy specialized in Talent Management and Leadership Development for over 15 years. She held senior leadership positions at Manufacturers Hanover Corporation, Gimbels, New York Division and GTE Data Services. Responsible for the design and facilitation of customized high profile programs to enhance individual leadership, communication and performance skills. As a member of the executive leadership teams, she was responsible for creating and executing strategies as well as leading team of professionals.
Nancy holds a Masters in Guidance and Counseling from Eastern Michigan University and a BA in Education from the University of South Florida. She is a native Floridian and an active community volunteer.
Glenn Anderson is the Managing Partner of Signium USA based near Cleveland, Ohio. His executive search experience focuses on finding C-Suite and senior executives for the industrial and financial service sectors. In addition to his work with publicly traded companies, Glenn has also been instrumental adding significant talent to the management teams of small to mid-sized privately-held and private equity-backed businesses. Experienced in international assignments, he was named by BusinessWeek in 2008 as one of the top 150 most influential headhunters in the world.
Prior to starting Signium USA, Glenn has practiced executive search for 20+ years as a Partner at large and boutique retained executive search firms. He currently serves on the Global Board of Directors of Signium, is on the Americas Council of the Association for Executive Search (AESC), and has also led Signium’s Industrial Practice Group. In 2012, he received Signium's highest recognition, the Chairman's Award, for his dedication and contributions. Prior to entering executive search in 1995, he was the president of a an industrial manufacturing company. He started his career with KPMG consulting in human resources, benefits, and compensation. He is a frequent speaker on leadership and executive recruiting at various industry forums.
A native of Northeast Ohio, Glenn serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Western Reserve Historical Society and served on the Weatherhead School of Management Alumni Advisory Council. He holds a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University and an MBA from The Weatherhead School of Management. Glenn and his wife live in Northeastern Ohio. They have two grown children.

Jim Herget is a Senior Advisor to Signium USA and based in Cleveland, OH. He has conducted senior level executive search assignments for almost forty years. He has worked closely with the top management teams of large, medium, and small public and private industrial companies in the U.S.A. and Europe to build out and develop their senior executive ranks. He also has done significant assignments in the financial realm with banks, insurance companies, and wealth advisory firms.
Jim started his business career in 1967 joining Xerox Corporation in Cleveland. He progressed on a fast track career which stationed him in three cities – Cleveland, Ohio; Washington, DC; and Rochester, New York. He gained broad experience in a wide array of assignments concerned with sales, sales management, product development/launch, major account consulting services, information systems, financial control, and program management. In his final role at Xerox, Jim reported to the Vice President of Marketing and coordinated the human and financial resources within a $40 million marketing department for a $4 billion division.
Jim returned home to Cleveland in 1980 and progressed through significant responsibilities with three of the top five global executive search firms. He was a Principal with Spencer Stuart, Managing Director with Korn/Ferry International, and Senior Partner/Practice Leader with Lamalie/Amrop. He has been working as a senior advisor to an array of clients since 1997.
Jim is active in civic and community endeavors. The Cleveland Jaycees chose Jim as one of “Ten Outstanding Young Men of Cleveland” in 1969 and 1970. He is the recipient of two Keys to the City of Cleveland and Regional Finalist for the White House Fellows. He continues to serve the community through Pro-Bono consulting to various secondary schools in the Cleveland area.
Jim is a native Clevelander, a 1966 graduate of Holy Cross College, and a 1969 M.B.A. graduate of Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Business. Jim is married to Dr. Pamela Davis, Dean of Case Western Reserve School of Medicine, and has two daughters, both recent Cornell graduates, living in NYC.

Mark brings a 30 year career in Global Human Resources, Leadership and Organizational Development to Signium USA’s executive search practice and adds human capital consulting and executive coaching capabilities to the firm’s practice as well. Mark is a nationally recognized Human Resources Thought Leader and Speaker with multiple national awards of distinction including The Society for Human Resource Management’s (SHRM) Human Capital Leader of the year in 2007 and HR Executive Magazines Honor Roll recipient in 2010. His teams have garnered several national and regional awards for employee engagement, wellness and best practices.
Mark provides unique insight to every project having spent over a dozen years as a human resources insider leading Human Capital as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Leviton Manufacturing, Marcum, and Success Academy Charter Schools. His earlier experience, directing a talent practice at a division of The Limited Inc., adds to his dynamic background of identifying and growing talent as a competitive advantage.
